• It says you get "naturally straight hair" in 5 minutes. In fact the product takes the same amount of time as a straightener.
• The ad shows it's like a comb while the manual tells you to use it by dividing your hair in section. So, it actually take more than 5 mins complete.
•It asks you to detangle hair with the help of a comb before using the product but even after detangling your locks, this straightener pulls out a lot of hair. So be prepared for hair fall/hair breakage.
•It stays 3 centimetres away from the roots of your hairs, while using the product.Because the product is not wide enough like a normal hair straightener, so it is impossible to get any closer to the roots, even if its 3cms away.
•It is slightly heavy weight as compared to the hair straighteners but not that's heavy either.
